…that honey never spoils? It may crystalize, but it can easily be liquefied. It is a remarkable substance. In addition to use as a sweetener, honey has a long history of medicinal uses, particularly in wound care and in the treatment of burns. I used those properties in a key scene in The Reluctant Wife.
