We’re off! At least we will be Thursday. I should be back in this space on December 30, gearing up for what I hope will be a productive new year. Nineteenth century travel sounds hazardous and uncomfortable but I’m not sure airports during dodgy weather, colds and flu season is such a bargain either. Wish us luck.
In any case, Beloved and I will enjoy Christmas with family no matter what and count it worth the cost. I wish you all good food, bright lights, warm companionship and Joy however you find it.
I’m off to finish cards and decorating, still hoping to get two or three chapters written this week, and packing. I’ll also be visiting a Regency House Party, at least in imagination. Click that link to join us. But first, coffee.
Safe travels & enjoy celebrating with family & friends!
Merry Christmas & Happy Hanukkah!
