Come Along!

For today, I’m packing. I’m taking five costumes, and they were strewn all over the work room and—look at that! I managed to get them all in the suitcase along with Beloved’s bowler hat, a mask, and a pile of books, some of the ones I’m taking to the Grand Book Exhibition for signing.

Whew. Now I need another suitcase for my clothes and travel things. And a place for my laptop and the things I need for the Belles’ program, “Gossip and How to Write It.” I already stuffed a duffel with more books, my table cover, and the things I need for the book exhibition. I can pick up chocolate for the table in Riverside.

Speaking of the Great Book Exhibition, if you’re anywhere near Riverside next Saturday we’ll be meeting and greeting and signing at the Mission Inn. Stop by and say hello. Here I am last year. It was super fun.

I still plan to write every day. I may not hit my thousand word goal, but I need to keep my imagination in The Price of Glory. But first, coffee.
